Cancellation Policy

NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED for cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled booking time. FOR PREPAID SERVICES, All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the monies paid. This will be done via bank transfer or eftpos "same as payment method" a 3.5% transaction fee for bank fees incurred, will be charged for all approved refunds for PREPAID Services. A cancelation fee of $135 will apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of booking.
